What happens if I decide I do not like the products I ordered BEFORE I USE THEM?
No problem. Just send your products back in resaleable condition (unopened and unused) within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit (postage not included). Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form – see below for how to request one.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the results from using the product?
There are various factors that may contribute to your results. Individual results vary as we state on each product page of the website. We do not offer a refund for products once you have used them. Please choose carefully.
What about if the product is faulty, or is not what I ordered?
In this case, we’re happy to provide a replacement, exchange or store credit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
How to return products:
Please contact us at info@reinahaircare.com to obtain a returns form, which you will need to print and fill out and send back with your products. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form.
You will then need to send the products plus the completed returns form to us via a trackable postal or courier service. Please note that your return must be sent back within 5 days of receiving your order.
International Orders Return Policy:
All customers must provide us with the item’s picture they want to return to confirm the sellable condition of the products. Only after that customer service will be able to send to the customer return authorization number.
- We do not refund shipping charges.
- 30% restocking fee will be applied for all unauthorized returns.
- Refund or credit will be issued within 21 days of your return being received.
