All orders ship from New Zealand and or Australia. Express orders placed before 10am, Monday – Thursday New Zealand time will be shipped that working day, otherwise all orders are processed, verified and shipped within 2-3 business days or sooner. Please note that Reina cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages after the carrier has delivered the parcel.
Within NZ
Standard Shipping is FREE for orders of NZD$200 and over, otherwise NZD$7.50.
Australia
Standard Shipping is FREE for orders of NZD$250+, otherwise NZD$20.00
Rest of the World
Standard Shipping is FREE for orders of NZD$350+, otherwise NZD$55.00
Please note that Reina Haircare cannot accept responsibility for customs duties or for lost or misplaced parcels once the carrier has delivered the parcel (as evidenced by the tracking data).

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Reina Haircare ships your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) and does not collect any duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your charges may be.
When ordering from Reina Haircare, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Reina Haircare has no control over these charges, nor can Reina Haircare predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
